Weddings & evening receptions
A soft-serve station works beautifully after the wedding breakfast or as an evening surprise for guests. We can serve cones, sundaes and Twirl Trays from the trailer or the van, indoors-adjacent or out on the lawn.
Can I hire an ice cream van in Coventry?
Yes. Twirl & Swirl hires out an ice cream van and an events trailer for weddings, parties, schools, workplaces and community events in and around Coventry. Send us your date, venue and rough guest numbers and we'll reply with what we can offer.
Does Twirl & Swirl cover Warwickshire?
Yes. We're based at Ryton Pools Country Park near Coventry and travel across Warwickshire, including Rugby, Nuneaton, Leamington Spa, Kenilworth and Ryton-on-Dunsmore. If you're not sure we can reach you, just ask.
Which units are available for events?
Sprinkles, our events trailer, and Flakes, our ice cream van. Scoops stays at Ryton Pools and doesn't travel to events.

We're a family-run business based at Ryton Pools Country Park, just outside Coventry. Alongside our park trailer, we take our events trailer and ice cream van out across Warwickshire all year round.

Events We Cater For
From back-garden birthdays to school summer fairs and evening wedding receptions.
Birthday parties & family celebrations
Children's parties, milestone birthdays, christenings and anniversaries. Guests come up to the hatch, choose their own toppings and it becomes part of the entertainment rather than just the food.
Schools, summer fairs & reward days
Sports days, summer fêtes, PTA fundraisers, leavers' events and end-of-term reward days. We can work to a pre-paid arrangement so every child gets a treat, or serve pay-as-you-go on the day.
Corporate events & staff treats
Team days, open days, conferences and summer socials around Coventry and Warwickshire. A simple, memorable thank-you for staff or visitors that doesn't need catering space indoors.
Community events, festivals & markets
Village fêtes, charity fundraisers, sports clubs, food markets and local festivals. Our units are self-contained, so we can trade in fields and car parks as easily as on a high street.
Care homes & organised visits
A friendly, low-fuss visit that residents can enjoy at their own pace. We'll work with your staff on timings, access and portion sizes.

Our events trailer — the usual choice for weddings, fairs and larger gatherings where there's room to pitch up.
Flakes
Our ice cream van — the classic look, and often the easier option where access or space is tighter.
Space & access
We need a level pitch, a clear route in and safe space for a queue. Let us know about gate widths, ground surface, slopes and any height restrictions when you enquire.
Power on site
Tell us what's available at the venue and we'll confirm what we need for your booking, so there are no surprises on the day.
Dietary requirements
Our vegan options include vegan hard-scoop ice cream and vegan Magnums, subject to stock. Share any allergen requirements in your enquiry and we'll talk them through with you. See our menu.
